Enroll in Auto Pay
AUTO PAY OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 1st - SEPTEMBER 5th,2022
You may enroll to have your credit card automatically billed for your monthly tuition. Once you enroll in auto pay, your card will be charged immediately for the first month’s tuition and it will be billed on the same day the following months until the last month of school.

Q. When do you have to enroll in auto pay?
You may enroll in auto pay during the 1st to the 5th of the month. Tuition is due during that period so we close auto pay enrollment to have you avoid late fees.
Q. I have more than one child attending school. How do I enroll in auto pay for each child?
You will have to enroll your child in auto pay one at a time. Select the class for the first child and click Enroll in Auto Pay. It will take you to the customer site so you can create an account to manage your auto pay details. Once you complete the checkout you will need to repeat the process for your other children.
Q. I need to update the card or billing address I used for auto pay. How can I do that?
You will need to access your account on sanjoseparents.org. Click on the menu in the upper right hand corner and click My Account. Once you log in click on Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to update the credit card for. Click Payment Method and then Add New Payment Method. If you have more than one child enrolled please make sure to update their subscription as well.
